Digital Marketing Specialist

Applying a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, a keen eye for detail, and creative versatility to enhance marketing efforts and elevate PPI’s brand presence, the Digital Marketing Specialist is a key player in managing PPI’s email marketing initiatives, supporting video production, and ensuring our marketing materials are polished and professional.

This is a contract position for an expected duration of 10 months.

Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

  • Develop engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional materials, and announcements.

  • Ensure email deliverability and compliance with industry best practices.

Written Communications

  • Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging content for internal and external audiences, including advisor communications, announcements, and marketing collateral.

  • Maintain consistent tone, style, and branding across all written materials.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex information into reader-friendly messaging.

Design Support

  • Update and refine marketing and communication materials in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Align deliverables to established brand standards and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Digital Content Support

  • Assist in the creation of digital content, including social media posts and website copy.

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Job Knowledge / Work Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on email marketing and content production.

  • Proven experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns.

  • An understanding of graphic design principles and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

  • Proven ability to work in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (InDesign and Illustrator).

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, polished materials.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and current trends.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.

The expected salary range for this position starts at $58,000 and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
