As a Knowledge Management Analyst, you will play a key role in creating, writing, structuring and disseminating content that supports efficiency, execution quality and the autonomy of our Administration teams.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Knowledge Management Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Writing and updating procedures, process documentation, comparison tables and decision trees in collaboration with subject‑matter experts, supporting operational quality and efficiency.
Developing training content based on adult‑learning principles: needs analysis, content design, collaboration with e‑learning designers, creation of assessment tools and acting as a training advisor.
Carrying out document management activities: analyzing internal needs, proposing classification structures, establishing standards, creating SharePoint sites as needed and promoting best practices in document management.
Planning, organizing and executing projects related to writing, training or document management: project breakdown, effort estimation, scheduling, stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation and performance tracking.
Collecting, analyzing, simplifying and synthesizing information from multiple sources to propose tailored solutions that deliver real value.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is recognized for their diplomacy, sound judgment and relationship‑building skills.
Stands out through strong listening skills, curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions to identify core needs.
Demonstrates rigor, autonomy and initiative.
Shows creativity and the ability to design effective tools and solutions tailored to business needs
Has 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in writing, training, analysis or project management.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in education, communications, administration or another relevant field.
Demonstrates strong communication, analysis, synthesis and organizational skills, and enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Is proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) and has good knowledge of SharePoint.
Has knowledge of the insurance and savings sector (an asset).
Advanced knowledge of English, as the individual will collaborate in writing, training and knowledge sharing with internal English‑speaking partners on a regular basis.
Advanced knowledge of French, as the role involves daily communication with French‑speaking colleagues.
