In this role, you will build relationships and loyalty with plan sponsors and ensure that they are fully satisfied of their experience. As a representative of iA Financial Group, you will interact with plan sponsors and advisors on a daily basis regarding our products, tools and services. You will be a key member of the Group Savings and Retirement service team.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission to deliver exceptional service and strategic guidance to our Group Savings and Retirement clients across Canada. Here are the main responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted strategist for clients, participating in meetings, annual reviews, and employee sessions.
Deliver comprehensive training on iA’s products, tools, and services to empower plan sponsors.
Maintain regular client outreach, proactively sharing updates on products, services, and legislative changes impacting retirement plans.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with our service standards.
Collaborate with the Education team to develop communication strategies that boost member engagement.
Support business development efforts through finalist presentations and strategic service initiatives
Define, implement, and maintain service models and strategic initiatives to enhance client experience.
Contribute to team success by engaging in internal meetings and workshops, sharing insights, best practices, and industry knowledge.

We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their ability to build trusting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients and advisors
Stands out for their in-depth knowledge of retirement plans, strong technical skills, and experience in financial services or financial planning
Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade, plan, and thrive under pressure
Is recognized for their autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and collaborative team spirit
Applies Lean principles (A3, Kaizen, DMS) to continuously improve service delivery and client experience
Learns new technologies quickly and uses digital tools effectively to enhance client interactions
is comfortable traveling with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Has an advanced level of French and English, as the role involves handling calls and emails in both languages and participating daily in meetings with French- and English-speaking clients and partners.
