Reporting to the Senior Director – Business Solutions in Distribution, the person in this role will be responsible for leading the implementation of innovative, omnichannel business solutions in agencies, supervising a team of advisors, supporting operations through efficient processes, and working closely with the Strategic Advisor to ensure alignment of business directions and consistency in transformation initiatives.

What You Will Accomplish With Us

As Director – Business Solutions in Distribution, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage a team of business solutions professionals, ensuring their development, performance, and contribution to strategic projects.

  • Manage project delivery capacity for

  • distribution business initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation to corporate and cross-functional projects.

  • Lead operational support processes for agencies, including technical support, integrated access management, and participation in post-deployment “hypercare” support.

  • Collaborate with the Strategic Advisor by supporting business directions, target operating models, and governance strategies.

  • Ensure alignment between agency operational needs and proposed business solutions, in collaboration with business architecture.

  • Contribute to cost-benefit analysis of initiatives and monitor realization of expected gains.

  • Stay informed about best practices in distribution and managing a sales force in contact centers, as well as various distribution partners.

  • Support business integration of projects in collaboration with change management and skills development teams.

  • Maintain and evolve key operational processes.

  • Ensure harmonization of practices across agencies to maximize synergies and operational efficiency.

  • Has 10 years of experience in property and casualty insurance.

  • Has intermediate knowledge of English, as the role involves occasional interaction with English-speaking partners and suppliers depending on project needs.

  • Advanced proficiency in French, as the person will be in daily contact with partners and a French-speaking team.
