John Parisella is a well-known and respected figure in Quebec, having held a number of public positions over the course of his career, notably as Chief of Staff to Premiers Robert Bourassa and Daniel Johnson Jr., author, business and philanthropy manager, political analyst and Delegate General of Quebec in New York and Washington.
In recent years, he has become a privileged observer of American politics and is a regular commentator in La Presse and on the TVA network. He is also a speaker on a wide range of issues. He is the author of four books including “La Politique dans la peau”, about his years in the political arena.

Marc Gagnon

Marc has more than 25 years of portfolio management experience, including more than 20 years in Canadian and North American equities. He is a key leader of the iAGAM Fundamental Equity Team and has won industry recognition as a recipient of the Top Gun Investment Minds award.
Before joining iA in 1998, he acted as a financial analyst at the Société Québécoise d’Exploration pétrolière (SOQUIP) and at Promutuel Insurance. Marc has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 1995 and holds an MBA from Laval University.

Prior to his current position, Sean joined iA Clarington in 2008 as Vice-President of Mutual Fund Sales. As an agile senior executive, Sean has used his expertise to introduce WFG to iA Clarington investment products, growing sales by 335% over a span of 7 years.
During a career that spans over two decades, Sean has established himself as an inspirational leader with a track record of generating sustainable growth in a rapidly changing financial services environment. Rick Williams

Richard Williams is President of World Financial Group Canada Inc., World Financial Group Insurance Agency of Canada and WFG Securities of Canada Inc. He oversees all Canadian Operations and is responsible for the strategic and tactical objectives of World Financial Group of Canada. Rick became President of WFG in January 2006.

Renée Laflamme is Executive Vice-President, Individual Insurance, Savings and Retirement with iA Financial Group, overseeing the business line’s operations across the country. Renée has a bachelor’s degree in administration from Université Laval and holds the designations of Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. In 2017, she was awarded the title of Fellow CPA. Renée started her career at iA Financial Group in 1998 after having worked for ten years in a large accounting firm. In 2004, she became Vice-President, Mortgages and in 2010, Vice-President, Group Savings and Retirement. In 2015, she was promoted to the Strategic Planning Committee and the position of Executive Vice-President, Group Benefits and Retirement Solutions. Since February 2018, she has been responsible for Individual Insurance, Savings and Retirement operations across Canada.
